Chicago Surface Lines
I think that this is a railfan trip on Clark Street, near Schreiber.  There is a PCC car in the background, and it appears that a number of tracks are coming out from the right side. These would be the tracks from the carbarn. It's definitely on the North Side, based upon the sign for "Uptown Motors."
