Chicago Surface Lines
A 1700 series car is seen making its way on Devon Ave., just having gone under the C&NW RR. viaduct (North line) at Ravenswood.  The car is working T/R #1 on the Cottage Grove/Broadway Route. These Cars were outshopped with Special Paint during the War years.
