CSL #1731 is at South Ashland & 95th St. Before
Ashland became a separate route, 2 routes existed that being: Ashland Via Southport and Ashland Via Ashland. This car will be making its return trip Ashland Via Southport; CSL had painted several of the 1700 series cars in patriotic dress during WW11 years promoting different branches of Services and Community projects during the War.
